Acupuncture Connections is a busy practice in Framingham, MA! This is an exciting time to be part of a team that is passionate about what we do -- Changing lives with TCM one person at a time! The clinic offers various modalities: acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, functional/integrative medicine, and aesthetics. Join a highly motivated and dynamic team of professionals in an integrative setting.

We are looking for a highly motivated acupuncturist. This individual must be energetic, an excellent communicator, and enjoys working in teams.

Position: Part-time that can grow into Full-Time

Pay Range: $25–$75/hour (base + commission; earnings vary by patient volume)

The Position Hours:

Tue/ Thur: 12-8pm (start with a 4 hr shift and then expand to 8 hrs)

Fri: 11-7pm

Saturday: 7am - 12 pm (start with 4 hrs shift)

The Acupuncture Applicant:

Must possess EXCELLENT clinical, interpersonal skills and a tremendous work ethic. You will be working with a team, we will meet at the beginning at the shift to discuss patients and treatment strategies for patients on your shift.
We help you develop proven strategies and communicate treatment plans with the patients.
Must have an ‘active’ Massachusetts Acupuncturist license.
Is credentialed with major insurance companies. Start date will be determined after credentialing is complete. If not credentialed we will pay for your credentialing.
Must be comfortable working with orthopedic conditions - dry needling education is a plus, if not we train you.
We are generalist acupuncturists but we have soft specialties. Orthopedics is the majority of cases here but you can have other specialty interests.
Is willing to be able to treat 4 patients per hour. We will start you at a comfortable pace and add onto to your schedule gradually.
Detailed SOAP notes is a must since you will be submitting to insurance when applicable.

You will be a W2 employee of the clinic (not an independent contractor - the clinic pays for half of your Social Security and Medicare.)
After a year you can participate in our 401k plan once a full-time employee.
Our clinic location is highly visible and in a well known area of Framingham for professional health services. We have a great referral network comprised of patients and medical professionals.
We have 9 treatment rooms which means you can use more rooms as your practice grows.

Our clinic uses the latest technology for charting and marketing which the practitioner will benefit from clinic marketing efforts.
Discounted massage sessions, limited free acupuncture sessions per month, and access to recovery therapies.
