REAL Martial Arts | Natick, MA
Are you passionate about martial arts, fitness, and helping people become the best version of themselves?
REAL Martial Arts is looking for more than just an instructor. We're looking for someone who wants to make a positive impact on the lives of kids, teens, and adults while continuing to grow personally and professionally.
For over 21 years, REAL Martial Arts has built a reputation for high-quality instruction, positive mentorship, and meaningful community impact. As we continue to grow and plan for future expansion, we're looking for someone who shares our passion for coaching and developing people.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about fitness, health, and living an active lifestyle.
- Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and helping them grow.
- Someone who enjoys working with kids (or is excited to learn how).
- Positive, professional, dependable, and coachable.
- Growth-minded and always looking to improve.
- Aligned with our core values of Remarkable Tenacity, Empowered Growth, Authentic Connection, and Limitless Impact.
Martial Arts Experience
Experience in martial arts is strongly preferred.
Muay Thai and/or Jiu-Jitsu experience is a major plus, but it is not required. If you're passionate about martial arts, eager to learn, and excited to immerse yourself in our systems, we're happy to help develop the right person.
Coaching Experience
Previous coaching, teaching, mentoring, childcare, camp counseling, or youth leadership experience is strongly preferred.
We're looking for someone who already enjoys helping others learn. We'll provide extensive training to refine your coaching skills and help you become an exceptional instructor.
What You'll Do
- Coach children, teens, and adults in martial arts classes.
- Create a fun, energetic, and positive training environment.
- Help students build confidence, discipline, resilience, and technical skill.
- Assist with student development and member retention.
- Continue developing your own martial arts and coaching abilities.
- Be part of a team committed to creating an exceptional experience for every student.

- Ongoing martial arts education and training.
- Mentorship from an owner with 25 years of coaching experience.

We're actively building for the future, including additional locations. For the right person, this position has the potential to grow into a full-time career, senior leadership role, or even running a future REAL Martial Arts location.
This Position Is Probably NOT For You If...
- You're looking for "just another job."
- You don't enjoy working with children.
- You aren't interested in learning, receiving feedback, and continually improving.
- You prefer working independently rather than as part of a team.
- You aren't excited by the idea of making a positive impact on other people's lives.
If you're excited by the opportunity to grow as both a martial artist and a coach while making a meaningful difference in your community, we'd love to hear from you.
