Full Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Decorate cakes according to customer requests and specifications
- Create visually appealing designs using various techniques, such as piping, fondant, and edible decorations
- Ensure cakes are finished in a timely manner to meet customer deadlines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cake decorating area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines when handling and preparing cakes
- Collaborate with other bakery staff to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with cake selection and answering any questions they may have

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cake decorator or in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry arts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and artistic skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
