The job duties & responsibilities include:
- Effectively moves cases forward daily to ensure all required deadlines are met
- Proactively identifies, communicates, and proposes solutions to issues with cases
- Identifies and communicates opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency
- Builds relationships with clients by facilitating communication via phone and email
- Drafts email responses to client questions
- Reviews and analyzes documents from clients including emails, job descriptions, seasonality evidence, documents for in-country beneficiaries, etc.
- Analyzes applicant qualifications and drafts appropriate documents for clients to send to applicants
- Assists with the following:
- Drafting job descriptions and Prevailing Wage Determinations (PWD’s)
- Drafting government forms
- Preparing petitions
- Drafting State Workforce Agency job orders and monitoring the site for applicants
- Drafting responses to audits, Notice of Denials (NOD’s), and Requests for Evidence (RFE’s)
- Amendment requests as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Contributes to maintaining positive office morale
- Acts as an ambassador for the mission, values, and standards of behavior of the firm
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required (no JD or JD candidates please)
- Any legal experience is strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Regularly required to stand or walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop and/or bend.
Compensation
The full compensation range for this position is $48,000-$55,000. The listed salary range represents the full compensation band for this position, including growth over time. Starting salaries are determined based on qualifications, relevant experience, and internal equity, and are not typically at the top of the range. The maximum reflects the highest salary attainable for the role after significant tenure and performance.
