Exceptional Excavating, LLC is a well-established excavation company based in Franklin, Indiana, specializing in providing high-quality excavation and utility installation services. We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team in various roles including Excavation Laborer, Excavation Operator, and Utility Pipe Layer.

**Position Overview:**

As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in executing excavation projects efficiently and safely. Depending on your experience and qualifications, you may be involved in operating heavy machinery, performing manual labor tasks, or laying utility pipes as part of our construction projects.

**Responsibilities may include:**

- Operating heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders to perform excavation work according to project specifications.

- Assisting in the setup and preparation of construction sites, including clearing debris, digging trenches, and grading land.

- Performing manual labor tasks, including shoveling, raking, and lifting heavy materials as needed.- Assisting in the installation of utility pipes, including water lines, sewer lines, and storm drains.

- Following safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your team members.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in excavation, construction, or related field preferred.- Experience operating heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, or loaders is a plus.

- Ability to perform physical labor tasks in various weather conditions.

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.

- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
