Now Hiring: Project Manager

Franklin, MA/ Temp-Hire
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | $40–$50/hr (DOE)

Work with cross-functional teams to deliver customer expectations on time.
Be the key voice connecting customers and internal operations.

What You’ll Do:

Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Coordinate efforts across engineering, purchasing, quality, and production teams
Communicate project updates, risks, and recovery plans to customers
Track progress using Kanban metrics and project management tools
Support customer meetings, internal reviews, and problem resolution
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify improvements and lessons learned

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Analytics, or related field
3+ years of project management experience (manufacturing or engineered products preferred)
Strong customer-facing communication skills
Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Ability to collaborate across diverse teams
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with Microsoft Project or Planner is a plus
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card holder)
Successful completion of drug screening and background investigation
