Licensed Outpatient Therapist – Horizon Counseling

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in clinical counseling and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. This role involves working with individuals address mental health issues, promote emotional well-being, and facilitate personal growth through various trauma-informed therapeutic techniques

What You’ll Do:

Provide individual therapy for children, teens and/or adults using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches
Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation (notes submitted within 48 hours)
Collaborate with other providers and respond to client needs with care and clinical excellence
Manage client payments and scheduling through our user-friendly EHR system

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed mental health professional in Tennessee (PhD, PsyD, LPC/MHSP, LCSW, LMFT)
Strong clinical judgment and a passion for client-centered care
Organized, self-motivated, and committed to timely documentation
A good communicator who thrives in a team setting
Proficient with basic technology and electronic health records

Where We are Located:

Our offices are in Gallatin, Hendersonville, Nashville TN and Online.

We're currently hiring for our Nashville and Hendersonville TN locations (with options to have up to 30% of your caseload virtual / work from home).
