About Us:

Ifantis Dental Care is an established general family dental practice located in Morton Grove. We are a privately owned practice that's served the community for over 20 years and known for providing high-quality care in a warm, progressive, and patient-centered environment. Our team is passionate, professional, and committed to building lasting relationships with patients.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our dental office team. As our Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients—by phone and in person. You will play a critical role in ensuring the office runs smoothly and meets its daily, weekly, and monthly production goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and values building relationships with both patients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and assist with scheduling
Confirm and schedule patient appointments
Monitor and manage the practice's scheduling software
Verify dental insurance benefits
Prepare and present treatment plans to patients
Follow up on pending treatments
Send recall and reminder communications (calls, emails & texts)
Track and report daily production goals and performance
Track new patient leads
Cross train with Treatment Coordinator- Enter and present treatment plans to patients, take payments, submit claims, etc.
Oversee front desk operations, including opening/closing office

Qualifications:

1–2 years of dental office experience required
Dental assisting background preferred
Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental software a plus
Knowledge of insurance verification and dental billing is helpful
Strong communication and organizational skills
Friendly, professional demeanor with a team-player attitude
Computer proficiency (email, scheduling, data entry, etc.)
English fluency required; bilingual a plus!

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Pay: $26–$30 per hour (based on experience)
