We are looking for a Social Media/ Marketing Content Strategist to join our fashion team. You would be responsible for developing, executing and optimizing our current social media and marketing content, enhancing our online and in-store presence and connecting with our customers to drive engagement, increase brand awareness and increase sales.

Position Overview:

· Create appealing and effective content that resonates with our customers

· Develop, recommend and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our brand goals

· Collaborate and work closely with the marketing, social media and operations teams.

· Find and collaborate with fashion driven influencers who reflect the brand

· Create engaging and relevant content for various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok

· Analyze social media trends and customer feedback to fine tune content and strategy

· Monitor and report on social media performance, metrics, providing insight and recommendations

· Engage with the online community, responding to feedback and generating excitement for seasonal launches, new store openings and promotional events

· Plan and coordinate campaign happenings for events and launches that resonate with our customers.

· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity and emerging social media and marketing tools

· Determine which organizational/business/functional goals will drive our content-related decisions

· Deliver content in a way that is relevant and exciting and generates interest from our customer base.

· Analyze products, platforms, websites, and channels for content delivery :

· Create content policies, standards, and guidelines

· Train content contributors, and managers

Qualifications

· Bachelors degree in Marketing or Communications, or a related field

· A minimum of 5 years’ leadership experience in social media/marketing/content creation, preferably in the retail or fashion industry

· Strong understanding of marketing/social media platforms

· Excellent writing skills and proven creativity

· Experience with social media analytic tools

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines
