Full Job Description

Elite Orthodontics Studio and Elite Endodontics Studio are opening new, modern specialty dental practices and are seeking an experienced front desk professional to join our team and help us build our systems, workflows, and patient experience from the ground up.

Experience is required *for this position. Receptionist experience in any other office type (e.g. medical) will not be considered experience and these candidates will not be considered.

Schedule

Monday 8 AM - 6 PM
Alternating Saturdays 8 am - 1 PM
Transition to full time by eventually adding Tuesday-Thursday
No Fridays

Start Date

Target start date: As soon as possible

About the Role

This position is the first point of contact for our patients and referring offices. You will play a key role in shaping the patient experience, preparing systems prior to opening, and ensuring a smooth, confident launch.

Responsibilities

Answer phones and serve as the primary point of contact for patients and referring offices
Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries
Occasionally verify dental insurance benefits (we have a billing team for most verifications and all claims)
Learn and work within:
Greyfinch(Orthodontics)
DentalEMR(Endodontics)
Assist with referral office outreach and relationship building
Help develop and refine:
Phone scripts
Front desk workflows
Patient intake processes
Maintain professionalism, warmth, and accuracy in all patient communications

Qualifications

Prior required
Strong understanding of insurance verification and claims submission
Experience with orthodontic and/or endodontic offices preferred (but not required)
Comfortable learning new practice management software (training provided)
Excellent phone presence and communication skills
Highly organized, reliable, and proactive
Comfortable working remotely short-term with a clear transition to an in-office role
