Full Job Description

Senior Account Executive

The Senior Account Executive serves as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, leading marketing initiatives from strategy through execution while ensuring exceptional service and seamless project delivery. This role partners closely with the Account Director to build trusted client relationships, drive integrated marketing programs, and coordinate cross-functional teams across creative, digital, and development.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and strategic, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate client needs, and keep projects moving forward in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities:

Client & Account Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build strong, trusted relationships.
Lead client meetings, presentations, and status calls.
Develop strategic recommendations aligned with client goals and business objectives.
Translate client needs into clear direction for internal teams.
Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships.

Project Management:

Oversee projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Partner with Creative, Digital, Development, and Project Management teams to execute integrated marketing initiatives.
Develop project briefs, timelines, scopes, and deliverables.
Review work for quality and accuracy prior to client delivery.
Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

Financial & Performance Management:

Monitor project scope, budgets, and profitability.
Partner with leadership on estimates, change requests, and billing.
Analyze campaign performance and present insights and recommendations to clients.
Identify opportunities for optimization across digital, creative, and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or integrated marketing within an agency or similar environment.
Experience managing website projects from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization.
Strong understanding of paid, owned, and earned media strategies.
Proven ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience managing project budgets and scope.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
