Full Job Description

If you have run the front desk at a busy salon, spa, or medical office and genuinely liked the pace of it, keep reading, because that is almost exactly this job.

Our afternoons move. Two doctors are adjusting, patients are checking in and out, the phone is ringing while someone is standing in front of you waiting to schedule, and a text is coming in from a patient who needs to move tomorrow's appointment. We are looking for someone who finds that energizing rather than draining, and who can stay warm and unhurried with the person in front of them while three other things are waiting.

Precision Care Chiropractic is the only Atlas Orthogonal upper cervical provider in Middle Tennessee. Our patients are mostly health-conscious women who have tried a lot of other things before finding us, and by the time they reach the front desk they have usually told their story more times than they wanted to. The person at that desk is a large part of why they come back.

In this role you will check patients in and out and keep a busy clinical schedule moving on time, schedule across two providers including care plans booked well in advance, answer and return calls and patient texts through the afternoon, collect payments and explain balances and benefits clearly, fill openings and rebook cancellations to keep the schedule full, send new patient intake and confirm it is complete before the appointment, and close out the day so the next morning starts clean.

To do this well you need to be genuinely good at running several things in parallel and knowing which one goes first, and at picking an interrupted task back up without losing the thread. You should be comfortable with technology, learn new software quickly, and type fast and accurately. We use ChiroTouch along with texting, online intake, and phone platforms, and you will be in all of them daily. Scheduling two providers with different appointment types is a puzzle, and the people who thrive here are the ones who enjoy solving it rather than dread it. The busier the afternoon gets, the calmer you should look, because patients should never be able to tell it was a hard day.

Two more things matter as much as the skills. We are a small team, so when you are not here there is no one behind you, which makes consistent attendance a real part of the job rather than a line in a handbook. And we are looking for someone who is told the standard once and then holds it, who brings solutions rather than a running list of questions.

People who tend to do well here have come from front desk or guest services at a high-volume salon, spa, or med spa, from medical or dental front office work, or from another chiropractic or wellness practice. Anywhere you were the one person holding a fast schedule together is relevant experience. Chiropractic background is a bonus and not a requirement. We can teach you the clinical side. We cannot teach the pace.

The details: the office is at 3351 Aspen Grove Dr, Suite 340 in Franklin. The schedule is Monday through Friday.
