At Home Instead, our Caregivers help seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes while building rewarding one-on-one relationships. Whether you have professional caregiving experience or simply have a heart for helping others, we provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Immediate openings available in Georgetown, Central City, Golden, Idaho Springs.

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour and increase your earnings by up to an additional $2.00/hour within your first year.

Hours Available: 12-40 hours per week

Schedules: Flexible Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities

What You'll Do

As a Home Instead Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, non-medical care that helps seniors thrive at home.

Responsibilities may include:

Personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene assistance)
Mobility and transfer assistance
Medication reminders
Meal planning and preparation
Light housekeeping and laundry
Companionship and conversation
Cognitive support and engagement
Transportation to appointments and errands
Observation and reporting of changes in condition
Accurate documentation of care provided

Qualifications

Previous caregiving, CNA, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Assistant, or senior care experience preferred but not required
Paid training provided
Must successfully complete a background check and drug screen

Available Shifts

1-4 hour day shifts
4-12 hour day shifts
12-hour overnight shifts
Weekend shifts available
