Hi, we are Opal Dental Group!

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and detail-oriented dental treatment coordinator. Experience in patient scheduling, working with dental insurance and treatment presentation is highly required. A general understanding of dental office procedures and workflow is also very important.

We are a fast growing private practice in Macomb that focuses on delivering excellent care and making a meaningful impact in people's lives. We highly value building and maintaining a relationship with each of our patients. We currently have two dentists and three fantastic hygienists on our team.

We are growing our team as we build and expand our practice this year!

Schedule:

We are ideally looking for a full-time candidate.

Monday: 12:00pm - 6:00pm

Tuesday: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Wednesday: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Thursday: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Friday: 8:00am - 2:00pm

Responsibilities:

Present Treatment Plans and Insurance Estimates to Patients

Discuss Financial Planning With Patients

Follow-up On Patients Throughout the Treatment Process

Coordinate Treatment Options Between Dentists and Patients

Create Patient Insurance Estimates

Submit and Follow-up on Pre-Treatment Estimates and Claims

Help Dental Receptionists Answer Phone Calls

Help Dental Receptionists Check-In/Out Patients

Help Office Manager with General Admin

Full-Time Benefits:
