Destination Granby is looking for a bold, community-driven leader to step into the role of Executive Director; someone who can connect people, move ideas into action, and bring energy to everything from downtown events to economic development.

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead the charge in bringing Granby’s downtown to life by:

Connecting the community – Build strong relationships with businesses, residents, partners, stakeholders, and local leaders
Representing Granby – Serve as a visible ambassador and advocate for Destination Granby and the Town of Granby in meetings, partnerships, events, and regional conversations
Driving momentum – Turn ideas into real projects, programs, and events that create measurable impact
Supporting local businesses – Help businesses grow, thrive, and feel supported through resources, relationships, and collaboration
Leading with strategy – Guide Destination Granby’s vision, priorities, and long-term community goals
Telling Granby’s story – Oversee marketing, communications, and promotion of our town, businesses, events, and people
Making downtown vibrant – Support beautification, placemaking, walkability, and community-building efforts
Keeping things running – Manage operations, budgets, partnerships, volunteers, and day-to-day execution

Benefits & Compensation

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 (depending on experience) + Bonus Potential
