As BOH Leader/Manager, you’ll oversee kitchen operations, ensuring food safety, quality, efficiency, and team engagement—all while helping us deliver Chick-fil-A’s signature hospitality.

What You’ll Do

Lead & Develop: Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to BOH Managers, Leaders, and Team Members.
Ensure Food Excellence: Uphold Chick-fil-A’s food quality, food safety, and productivity standards.
Collaborate with FOH: Work with Front of House leadership to ensure seamless guest experience.
Drive Operations: Manage daily BOH operations, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth shift execution.
Manage Resources: Monitor inventory, control costs, and review Profit & Labor reports to improve performance.
Support the Operator: Partner with the Owner/Operator and Directors to execute restaurant-wide strategy.

Qualifications

1–2 years of leadership experience in food service, hospitality, or restaurant management required
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay positive under pressure
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Proficiency with basic technology (computer, iPad)
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Open availability preferred; Friday and Saturday required
Able to communicate effectively with both Back of House (BOH) and Front of House (FOH) teams to ensure alignment and smooth operations

REQUIREMENTS

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
