We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager / Team Lead to help lead our growing customer service operation.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who has experience supervising or leading teams in a call center, customer service, contact center, or high-volume customer support environment.

The right candidate is a strong people leader who enjoys coaching teams, improving processes, driving accountability, and helping elevate customer experience performance as our company continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Supervision

Supervise, coach, and support a growing customer service team in a fast-paced environment
Lead daily customer service operations, helping ensure strong responsiveness, professionalism, and service quality
Monitor team performance, productivity, customer interactions, and operational KPIs
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance support to team members
Assist with onboarding, training, and development of new customer service representatives
Help foster a high-accountability, customer-first team culture
Support escalated customer issues and coach team members through complex situations

Customer Service & Operations

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions when needed
Assist customers with orders, shipping questions, product inquiries, account support, scheduling, and order-related concerns
Review escalated customer cases and resolve issues with professionalism and strong problem-solving skills
Help maintain high standards for communication quality, response times, and customer satisfaction
Monitor operational workflows including refunds, reshipments, shipping claims, and customer issue resolution
Assist in reviewing and verifying suspicious orders
Partner cross-functionally with operations, shipping, ecommerce, and sales teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
Identify opportunities for process improvements, workflow optimization, and stronger team performance

Qualifications

Required

3–5 years of customer service leadership, team lead, supervisor, or management experience
Previous experience leading or supervising teams in a call center, contact center, customer support, or high-volume customer service environment
Strong coaching, leadership, and employee development skills
Strong conflict resolution, escalation handling, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working with customer service software, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and operational systems
Ability to remain calm, organized, and solutions-focused in fast-paced situations

Preferred:

Experience in ecommerce, financial services, logistics, retail operations, or other high-trust customer environments
Experience with call quality monitoring, team performance metrics, SLAs, or operational reporting
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
