Full Job Description

Office Manager needed for our fast paced office in Frederick, MD. Bilingual in English/Spanish is required.

Provide administrative office support for an average of 60 employees.
Submit payroll to Operations Manager.
Review all new hire paper work and send to main office for processing.
Accept and review applications, setup interviews.
Make and maintain employee files.
Taking customer calls/complaints.
Filing, faxing and organizing.
Scanning of various documents.
Maintain DOT requirements, staff files, accurate payroll files and vacations lists.
Oversee accident, injury, property damage reports by transmitting information to the corporate office.
Responsible for maintenance of office equipment, including copier, fax machine, etc.
Ordering supplies.
Light housekeeping.

Skills and Attributes:

Basic customer service
Great communication skills
Computer literate, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
MUST be organized and pay special attention to detail
