Full Job Description

Tenth Ward Distilling Company is seeking a Private Events Coordinator to manage all private event rentals at our 55 E. Patrick St. location, including weddings, corporate, nonprofit, and holiday events. This role includes opportunities for commission on bookings and additional pay for wedding day-of coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to and follow up on event inquiries
Conduct venue tours (including evenings/weekends as needed)
Manage contracts, invoices, and event scheduling
Communicate venue policies to clients and vendors
Collect certificates of insurance from vendors
Coordinate event logistics and oversee events on-site
Be the main point of contact for event staff during events
Attend trade shows, networking events, and promotional opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces
Serve as point of contact for event-related media inquiries
Attend weekly meetings

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of event coordination experience
Available to coordinate weddings
Sales and customer service experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and follow up consistently

Requirements

Must be 21+
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Available evenings and weekends
Event or business-casual attire required as needed
