Pay: $50,000.00 per year

Job description:

Your Logistics Corp seeks a highly skilled, experienced Supply Chain Account Coordinator to join our team. As a Supply Chain Account Coordinator, you will specialize in providing white-glove service to our clients who are shipping D2C and B2B. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. As a Supply Chain Account Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

Responding to customer inquiries and requests via email and chat promptly and professionally.
Managing multiple customers as assigned, ensuring their needs are met and their inquiries are resolved.
Following outlined guidelines, escalate inquiries and requests to the appropriate department or person when necessary.
Conducting research to gather information and provide comprehensive answers to customer inquiries and requests.
Providing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) according to the specifications requested by the customers.
Responsible for calculating the appropriate charges based on the predetermined rates or pricing structure on the work completed.

Skills:

Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with shipping and carrier options
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
Familiarity with WMS systems and practices.
Comfortable working in a high-volume role
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of customer service experience
Ability to work weekends
