Practice Your Way

Walk into a busy, established patient base
Enjoy full autonomy to practice General Dermatology, Cosmetics, and perform in-office excisions or surgeries (cosmetics & procedures are fully supported but not required)
Access advanced technology and a fully integrated EMR (EMA)

Robust Practice Support

Dedicated, well-trained clinical staff (MAs, scribes, and front office)
Access to AAD’s Dermatopathology Lab, Mohs surgery centers, and aesthetic service lines
Operations, marketing, billing, and compliance handled for you

Incredible Compensation and Benefits

Starting salary: $425,000+ for 32+ hours/week
Unlimited earning potential through productivity-based bonuses
6 weeks of time off plus additional CME time
Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k)
Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance

Full time employees (defined as regularly working at least 30 hours per week) are eligible for the following benefits:

Medical, Dental and Vision insurance – effective 1st of the month after date of start
Short-term and long-term disability, Voluntary life (employee, spouse, and child), Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity – Effective the 1st of the month following date of hire
Company provided Basic Life/AD and D insurance
Retirement Savings account

Qualifications:

Comfortable working in a high-demand, fast-paced clinical setting with strong support
Committed to delivering efficient, high-quality care in a team-based environment
Interest in long-term practice growth and building a loyal patient panel
Values both productivity and patient-centered outcomes

Licensure/Certifications/Education:

M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
Completion of Dermatology Residency and at an accredited healthcare institution.
Board Certified/Board Eligible by the American Board of Dermatology (ABD)
Active and unrestricted State Medical license or ability to obtain
Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and (CDS) for prescription writing
