Full Job Description

We are offering a rare opportunity for an experienced, driven, and customer-focused Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join one of the region’s premier, state-of-the-art luxury automotive dealerships.

For more than 20 years, we have built a strong reputation for excellence, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a proven F&I professional who can deliver strong results while maintaining the high standards expected in a luxury automotive environment.

IMPORTANT: This position requires a minimum of 5 years of automotive dealership F&I experience. Applicants without automotive F&I experience will not be considered.

We are looking for a proven F&I producer with a strong track record of product penetration, profitability, attention to detail, compliance, and paperwork accuracy. The ideal candidate knows how to maximize every opportunity while providing an exceptional customer experience and ensuring every deal is clean, complete, accurate, and ready for funding.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the sales team to provide financing and product solutions for our customers
Present financing options, extended service contracts, maintenance plans, and protection products professionally and confidently
Consistently achieve strong F&I product penetration and profitability
Structure transactions and secure competitive financing through our lending partners
Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the finance process
Ensure complete compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws and regulations
Accurately prepare, review, and collect all required contracts and supporting documentation
Ensure every deal is clean, complete, and accurate before submission
Maintain strong attention to detail to minimize paperwork errors and funding delays
Maintain productive relationships with lenders, sales managers, and dealership personnel
Help maximize departmental performance while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of Retail Automotive F&I experience required
Applicants without automotive dealership F&I experience will not be considered
Strong and verifiable track record of F&I product penetration and performance
Proven ability to maximize F&I opportunities while maintaining an exceptional customer experience
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Proven ability to consistently produce clean, complete, and accurate deal paperwork
Strong knowledge of lender requirements, compliance, and deal structure
Strong closing and product presentation skills
Ability to ensure contracts and supporting documents are completed correctly for timely funding
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
Proficiency with dealership management systems and automotive finance technology
Bilingual candidates highly preferred

Additional Requirements

Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Must possess a valid driver’s license
