What You Will Do:
· Consistently perform vehicle intake, storage, organization, and release activities safely and efficiently.
· Maintain accurate records.· Provide excellent customer service supporting towing operations.· Demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, teamwork, and compliance with all safety and company standards.
- Maintain 99% vehicle location accuracy.
- Process vehicle releases within 15 minutes or less.
- Achieve zero unauthorized vehicle releases.
- Maintain zero preventable vehicle damage incidents.
- Keep customer satisfaction ratings above 90%.
- Ensure 100% compliance with documentation and release procedures.

Minimum Qualifications
· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Possess or be eligible to apply for a DCJS certification, if required.
· Ability to safely operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
· Ability to safely drive and maneuver cars, trucks, and SUVs in tight spaces
· Reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in towing, vehicle recovery, parking enforcement, or lot management, knowledge of towing regulations.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Physically capable of performing demanding outdoor work, including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing, and safely moving vehicles throughout the day. Able to work efficiently in all weather conditions while following established safety procedures and towing industry standards.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work in an outdoor environment supporting towing and vehicle management operations. Must have the ability to safely perform duties in various weather conditions, around moving vehicles and equipment, while maintaining professionalism, customer service, and compliance with all safety regulations.
