Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher/Food Prep Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will play a vital role in creating a seamless dining experience. In this lively position, you’ll be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment while assisting with food preparation and service. Duties

Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently to uphold health standards.
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning dishes under supervision.
Support the culinary team during busy service times by bussing tables and clearing plates promptly.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces through regular cleaning routines.
Help with catering and banquet setups, ensuring all food items are prepared and presented according to standards.
Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene practices at all times.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and excellent guest service.

Experience

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential.
Familiarity with food service environments, including hotel or catering settings, is a plus.
Experience in food handling, cleaning, or basic food preparation will help you excel in this role.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
