Outbound Call Center Representative
As an Outbound Call Center Representative, you will be the main liaison between our company's current and potential customers for 18 Safford locations.
In this position, you will be directly interacting with our customers in regards to the following areas and more:
- 1st Service Appointment
- Next Service Appointment
- No Next Appointment Scheduled
- Declined Services
- Manufacturer Safety Recalls
- Service Visit Follow Up
- Vehicle Alerts
- 12 Months No service
- Pre Paid Maintenance
- Special Order Parts
- Confirmation / Missed Appointments
- And more
No previous experience is required for this position however we ask that you bring a foundation of:

Duties and Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Communicate with customers via calls, texts, and emails
- Ability to follow scripts
- Answer any incoming communications promptly
- Effectively use the service scheduling systems when appointing customers
- Proactively communicate daily to offer the highest-level customer service and communication
- Interact with multiple locations and departments with courtesy
- Update or enter new customer information into our scheduling systems
- Be friendly, professional and efficient
- Maintain an average of 30 or more tracked actions an hour ( calls, texts, emails combined )
Hours of operation are currently set to Monday -Friday 830am-530pm. Saturdays as needed.
All positions are Full Time. 40 hours.
Ability to pass a drug test and background check are required as is reliable transportation.
