Full Job Description

Job Overview: The Temporary Care Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily coordination of caregiver schedules, client service needs, and administrative functions to ensure continuity of care and exceptional customer service. Working under the direct supervision of the Owner and in collaboration with the Client Services Manager and Caregiver Manager, this position serves as a key link between clients, caregivers, and office staff to maintain efficient operations and quality service delivery.

This is an hourly position.

Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

Under the direct supervision of the Owner and with input from the Client Services Manager and Caregiver Manager, select, schedule, and coordinate caregivers based on client assessments, care plans, availability, skills, and preferences.
Maintain all caregiver scheduling and respond promptly to scheduling conflicts, emergencies, and caregiver callouts.
Communicate schedule updates and staffing changes to caregivers, clients, and office staff, as necessary.
Assist with the creation and maintenance of caregiver and client files.
· Assist with conducting caregiver reference checks as part of the onboarding process.
Assist the Client Services Manager with client follow-up calls to assess satisfaction and address concerns.
Track and document in WellSky all assignment refusals, callouts, late arrivals, early departures, schedule changes, and related caregiver attendance issues.
Audit electronic timecards daily to verify scheduled hours, caregiver clock-ins/clock-outs, and overall timekeeping accuracy.
Track and maintain caregiver occurrence records with support from the Caregiver Manager.
Monitor and track 90-day nursing assessments with support from the Client Services Manager.
Maintain confidentiality of client, caregiver, and company information.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum of one year of experience in scheduling, staffing coordination, office administration, or a related role.
Professional experience in the field of customer service
Team player, excellent verbal, and communication skills, adaptable in different situations, possesses excellent client interaction skills, able to multi-task and work independently
Must have experience using telephones with multiple lines, multi-task on several calls and maintain professionalism and patience with a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving abilities are a requirement; schedule conflicts are bound to arise that will require creative solutions

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
