Job Title: Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP)
Location: St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands
Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join our team in beautiful St. Croix. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to children from infancy through adolescence in a dynamic and supportive healthcare environment. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of the local community while enjoying the unique lifestyle and natural beauty of the Caribbean.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments, including physical exams, developmental screenings, and diagnostic evaluations for pediatric patients.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including prescribing medications and ordering diagnostic tests as appropriate.
Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting healthy lifestyle choices and preventive care.
Collaborate with pediatricians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Participate in community outreach programs and health education initiatives as needed.
Stay current on best practices and advancements in pediatric healthcare through continuing education and professional development.

Qualifications:

Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with a specialization in Pediatrics.
Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB) or the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) would be a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in pediatric primary or acute care preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply.
Current BLS and PALS certification.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
A commitment to cultural competence and the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
