Full Job Description

Overview

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated Office Manager / Sales Representative to join our driving school. This person will be one of the main points of contact for our customers, both over the phone and in person.

The ideal candidate is comfortable talking to people, knows how to make customers feel welcome, and can confidently explain our services and help people choose the right driving program. You will also help manage the day-to-day front office, schedule students, handle registrations, and assist students who come in for their written test.

This is a great position for someone who enjoys working with people, is organized, and is comfortable with sales and customer service.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer questions in a friendly and professional manner
Explain driving lessons, packages, pricing, scheduling, and other services to potential customers
Turn incoming calls and inquiries into new student registrations
Follow up with potential customers who have not yet signed up
Greet customers who come into the office and provide excellent customer service
Register new students and help them understand the next steps
Check students in for written tests and make sure the necessary paperwork is completed
Schedule and coordinate driving lessons and appointments
Help students with questions about their lessons, tests, and schedules
Collect payments and handle basic office transactions
Keep student information and office records organized
Communicate with driving instructors to coordinate student schedules
Handle day-to-day front desk and office responsibilities
Keep the office organized, professional, and welcoming

Qualifications

Excellent communication and people skills
Confident and professional on the phone
Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with customers
Strong sales and customer service skills
Able to stay organized while handling multiple tasks
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Comfortable using a computer and basic office software
Previous sales, customer service, receptionist, office, or driving school experience is a plus
Must be comfortable speaking with a wide variety of customers
Must have a professional and positive attitude

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the front office and become a trusted point of contact for our students and customers. The right person should be comfortable picking up the phone, having conversations with potential customers, and helping turn those conversations into new students.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
