Inside Sales Coach - ReVamp Companies / Freeport IL

ReVamp Companies is a rapidly growing organization focused on delivering top-tier home improvement solutions while continuously improving our sales performance and customer experience. We invest heavily in our people, systems, and training to ensure consistent growth and success.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Inside Sales Coach to help elevate our sales team’s performance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Reviewing recorded sales appointments on a daily basis
Analyzing conversations for strengths, weaknesses, and missed opportunities
Providing clear, actionable feedback to sales representatives
Identifying patterns, trends, and common objections within sales calls
Helping improve closing rates by coaching on communication, tone, and strategy
Leaving detailed, impactful notes for each reviewed appointment
Collaborating with leadership to improve overall sales processes
Ensuring a consistent number of appointments are reviewed each day

What We’re Looking For:

Strong listening and analytical skills
Ability to identify key moments in conversations and break them down effectively
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to give constructive feedback in a clear and professional manner
Highly organized and self-motivated
Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload
Sales experience is a strong plus, but not required
