Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within our organization, providing support across various administrative functions. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The Field Coordinator will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating activities, and maintaining efficient office operations.

Duties

Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members.
Provide excellent customer support through various communication channels.
Handle multi-line phone systems and maintain professional phone etiquette.
Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks as needed.
Support front desk operations, greeting visitors and managing inquiries.
Perform clerical duties including proofreading documents and preparing reports.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Maintain an organized office environment conducive to productivity.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse clients.
Previous experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred.
Familiarity with clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry.
Customer service experience with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience as a dental or medical receptionist is advantageous but not required.
Personal assistant experience can be beneficial in managing schedules and tasks efficiently.
