Job Summary

We are on the lookout for an experienced Fast Food Chef and Kitchen Lead who is passionate about delivering top-notch food and managing a vibrant kitchen environment. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our culinary operations, overseeing food preparation, ensuring safety standards, and leading a dynamic team to serve delicious meals efficiently. We are seeking someone who understands how to run a high-volume kitchen while maintaining exceptional food quality, speed of service, cleanliness , and consistency.

Responsibilities

Lead daily kitchen operations, including food production, cooking, and food service management to ensure timely delivery of high-quality meals.
Supervise kitchen staff, including shift management and team coordination, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Oversee menu planning and food preparation processes while maintaining consistency and quality standards across all dishes.
Manage inventory control and food management procedures, including stock rotation, cost control, and ordering supplies to minimize waste.
Enforce food safety sanitizing procedures and ensure compliance with health regulations to maintain a safe kitchen environment.
Support catering events and banquet services by coordinating food preparation and presentation for large groups.
Collaborate with dietary departments to accommodate special dietary needs and ensure inclusive menu options.

Experience

Proven experience in fast food or quick-service restaurant environments with a strong background in kitchen management.
Supervising experience with a focus on team leadership, training, and performance management.
Extensive culinary experience including food production, cooking techniques, and menu planning in both casual and fine dining settings.
Familiarity with inventory management systems, cost control strategies, and food safety protocols such as sanitizing procedures.
Experience in catering, banquet service, or large-scale food service operations is highly desirable.
Knowledge of hospitality standards combined with excellent communication skills to lead teams effectively.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of high-volume fast food or quick-service restaurant experiences.

Previous experience as a kitchen manager, lead cook, executive chef, or similar leadership roles

Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Ability to thrive in a fast- paced environment

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Dependable, punctual and able to motivate a team

Experience with scheduling and inventory management and cost control

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
