Schedule (days/hours): Monday thru Thursday 8-5 Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of dental procedures.
Prepare patients, treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures.
Take dental X-rays and perform other functions permitted by Illinois law based on your training and credentials.
Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their visit.
Reinforce oral hygiene, treatment, and home-care instructions.
Follow infection-control, sterilization, and safety protocols.
Maintain organized, stocked, and procedure-ready treatment rooms.
Anticipate the needs of the dentist and patients to help the clinical schedule run efficiently.
Partner with the front office and clinical team to create a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications:

Meets Illinois dental assistant requirements for assigned duties.
Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain before starting.
Strong communication and patient-service skills.
Organized, dependable, and able to thrive in a busy dental environment.
A collaborative attitude and willingness to jump in and support the team.
Previous dental assisting experience is valued, but most importantly, we're looking for someone committed to excellent patient care.

Compensation: $19-$21/hour About:

Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (“PTO”), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
