What You’ll Do & Bring

As a Pharmacist, you will oversee pharmacy services, ensure regulatory compliance, and support clinical operations while delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispense medications accurately as prescribed by providers
Monitor patient drug therapies and provide clinical guidance and interventions
Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and adherence
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory requirements
Oversee pharmacy operations including order verification, controlled substance tracking, and inventory management
Remove expired or damaged medications and maintain safe storage practices
Supervise pharmacy staff and support daily pharmacy operations
Conduct training for pharmacy personnel related to medication safety and protocols
Support development and maintenance of pharmacy policies, procedures, and formularies
Administer immunizations and vaccines as appropriate
Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with regulations
Perform additional duties as assigned within scope

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree or Doctorate in Pharmacy or Pharmacology
Active and valid pharmacist license in the state of Texas
Proven experience as a pharmacist
Strong knowledge of medication therapy, pharmacology, and dosage requirements
Experience with pharmacy systems and software applications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance
Professionalism and ability to handle sensitive situations

Preferred:

Bilingual in Spanish
