Full Job Description

Job Summary

This position is responsible for all facility matters and EH&S requirements. This role complies to FDA QSR (21 CFR 820), ISO 13485 requirements and adheres to the Quality Management System (QMS).

Manage and maintain the facility both inside and outside.
Manage facility pest control and maintain all associated logs and vendors.
Repair all production and R&D equipment as needed.
Maintain the PM/Calibration of all equipment.
Monitor and record clean room temperature/humidity and pressure differential logs.
Manage clean room inventory of the required compliant coverings.
Responsible for ensuring subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental (EH&S) practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition.
Provide local support to IT relating to wiring and equipment.
Performs other duties assigned as needed.

Must have a minimum of three to five (3-5) years relevant facilities experience.
Experience with office 365 is required.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs is required.
Ability to use PC and associated software is required.
