We are a small, family-owned donut shop and bakery looking for an overnight donut maker to join our production team. No experience is necessary — we will train the right person and teach you the skills needed to make fresh, delicious donuts.
This is a hands-on, physically active bakery production job. It is not a cupcake or cake-decorating position. The work involves standing for long periods, lifting heavy bags of mix, rolling and cutting dough, frying donuts, glazing, icing, and helping prepare products for the morning rush.

Duties
- Prepare and cook donuts according to established recipes and quality standards
- Mix, roll, cut, fry, glaze, ice, and decorate donuts and other bakery items
- Lift and move ingredients, including bags of mix up to 50 lbs
- Stand, bend, reach, and work on your feet for most of the shift
- Work in a fast-paced overnight bakery environment
- Ensure donuts are fresh, consistent, visually appealing, and ready for customers
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and stocked
Skills / Qualifications
- No donut-making experience required — we will train
- Must be dependable and able to work overnight hours
- Must be comfortable with physical bakery production work
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Ability to stand for long periods and work at a steady pace
- Willingness to learn mixing, rolling, cutting, frying, glazing, and decorating donuts
- Attention to detail and pride in making quality products
- Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and food safety procedures
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a small team
