What You'll Do

As a Tax Manager, you'll play an important leadership role within the firm while serving as a trusted advisor to a diverse client base.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a portfolio of business and individual tax clients.
Reviewing complex federal and multi-state income tax returns.
Providing proactive tax planning and consulting services.
Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
Researching and resolving complex tax issues.
Supervising, mentoring, and developing professional staff.
Reviewing work, providing coaching, and helping develop future leaders.
Collaborating with firm leadership on strategic client matters.
Assisting with business development and firm growth initiatives.
Helping shape the future direction of Nosal Professional Group.

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is technically strong, relationship-focused, and excited about becoming part of the firm's future leadership.

Qualifications include:

Active CPA license.
7–8+ years of recent tax experience in a public accounting CPA firm.
Strong technical knowledge of federal and state taxation.
Experience reviewing returns for:
Individuals
Partnerships
S Corporations
C Corporations
Trusts
Experience providing tax planning and consulting services.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Previous leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience.
A desire to build a long-term career with the opportunity to become a future partner.
