We#39;re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Event Promotions Assistant to join our growing marketing team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in event marketing, promotional campaigns, brand awareness, customer engagement, and live event coordination.

As an Event Promotions Assistant, you#39;ll support the planning and execution of promotional events, represent client brands, engage with customers, and help create memorable experiences that drive campaign success. Through paid training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities, you#39;ll build valuable skills in marketing, communications, sales, and event management.

Responsibilities

Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events, brand activations, and marketing campaigns.
Represent client brands at community events, retail locations, trade shows, and promotional venues.
Engage with customers to increase brand awareness and create positive customer experiences.
Educate consumers about products, services, and promotional offers.
Support event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations.
Distribute promotional materials, marketing collateral, and branded resources.
Collaborate with marketing managers and team members to achieve campaign goals and improve event performance.
Assist with tracking event results, customer feedback, and promotional activity.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.
Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and enhance promotional strategies.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate#39;s or bachelor#39;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus.
Strong interest in event marketing, promotions, communications, sales, or customer engagement.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, or marketing is helpful but not required.

Requirements

Reliable transportation to the office and scheduled event locations.
