Position Overview

As the Patient Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to prospective cosmetic surgery patients—professionally educating, assessing, and guiding them through every step of the consultation process while helping them make confident, informed decisions. Working closely with the Surgeon and Practice Manager, you'll play a critical role in both the patient experience and the continued growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct informative consultations to understand patient goals and establish realistic expectations.
Guide patients from initial inquiry through surgery scheduling.
Build rapport and deliver an exceptional concierge-level patient experience.
Educate patients on procedures, treatment plans, financing options, and next steps.
Execute strategic follow-up to maximize consultation-to-surgery conversion.
Collaborate with the Surgeon and leadership team to develop and implement sales initiatives.
Promote and expand the practice's online reputation through outstanding service.
Maintain accurate patient documentation while adhering to HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of documented sales success.
Plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology, medical aesthetics, luxury retail, hospitality, or other high-touch consultative sales experience preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong business acumen and outstanding sales skills.
Polished, professional image with a warm and engaging demeanor.
Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software applications.

Schedule

Approximately 30 hours per week with a planned transition to full-time
One Saturday per quarter
