Overview:

Community Health Partners (CHP) is seeking a two full-time Pediatricians to join our thriving, well-established pediatric practices. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team of highly experienced Pediatricians and Nurse Practitioners in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

As a Primary Care Physician you will:

Perform wellness and health exams and other preventative screenings
Review prescription medicines
Review lab results
Treat illness and injuries
Refer to specialty care, as needed

Qualifications:

Education

Doctor of Medicine (MD) required Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) required

Licenses and Certifications

Eligible to be licensed to practice Medicine in the state of California required
