Full Job Description

· US or Canadian Board Certification in Family Medicine (or Board eligible with completion of boards in 6 months of completing applicable residency) or equivalent

· Active US state license, DEA number, and NPI number or Registered with the Bermuda Medical Council·

CPR & AED Certification

· Office Procedural Skills

o skin biopsy, exercise treadmill testing, spirometry, home sleep studies, ABI, V02 max testing, Cryo treatments and laser lipo

· Ability to interpret laboratory results

· EMR utilization or competent in electronic medical records.

· Wellness programs including weight loss treatments and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation

· Personal patient communication skills.

Work Remotely

Job Types: Contract, Full-time
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: $20,000.00 - $23,000.00 per month
