Direct Sales Territory Representative

Xfinity Sales Program | Local Territory Sales | Training Provided

We are hiring motivated Direct Sales Territory Representatives to help customers learn about Xfinity internet, mobile, and residential service options in assigned local territories.

This is a field-based sales opportunity for individuals who enjoy meeting people, working independently, and representing a nationally recognized brand. Representatives are assigned specific areas, provided with training, supported by experienced leadership, and given access to sales tools designed to help them stay organized and successful.

What You’ll Do

As a Direct Sales Territory Representative, you will speak with residential customers in assigned neighborhoods and help them review available Xfinity service options.

Daily responsibilities may include:

Working assigned residential territories
Speaking with customers about Xfinity internet, mobile, and home service options
Presenting current promotional offers and service benefits
Helping customers understand available packages and savings opportunities
Entering customer information accurately through approved sales systems
Following all customer consent, order-entry, and compliance requirements
Tracking daily activity and sales progress
Communicating with managers for support, coaching, and territory updates
Attending training sessions, team meetings, and field check-ins
Representing the brand professionally in every customer interaction

Compensation

Compensation is performance-based and will be discussed during the interview process.
