Full Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Part-Time Marketing and Membership Coordinator to join our team at Bolder Strategies, a leading association management company. In this pivotal role, you will drive our marketing initiatives and membership engagement strategies, ensuring we effectively reach our target audiences across multiple channels. Your creativity, analytical mindset, and collaborative spirit will help elevate our clients’ brand presence, attract new members, and foster lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Support: Assist with multiple client organizations, focusing on their marketing and membership needs.
Multichannel Marketing: Develop and execute marketing campaigns including digital advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, print advertising, and content marketing strategies.
Social Media Management: Manage advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads and Google AdWords to maximize reach and performance.
Marketing Automation: Implement marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline outreach efforts and enhance demand generation initiatives.
Content Creation: Create compelling content for websites, newsletters, blogs, and social media platforms that align with brand voice and resonate with target audiences.
Data Analysis: Analyze web analytics reports using tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform data-driven decision-making.
Promotional Material Development: Oversee the creation of promotional materials using Canva to ensure visually appealing content that supports marketing objectives.
Collaboration: Collaborate with Executive Directors, Association Managers, and external partners to coordinate campaigns and optimize performance strategies.
Membership Growth: Lead efforts in membership growth by designing targeted outreach programs and managing membership databases.
Campaign Tracking: Track activity for various campaigns and report on performance metrics regularly.
Event Planning: Collaborate with our team in planning and managing various events, including conferences and workshops.
Travel Opportunities: Participate in on-site board meetings and conferences, providing support to our clients.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Experience: Proven experience in multichannel marketing, including digital advertising, content marketing, and email campaigns.
Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Canva for creating engaging visual content and familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a team environment while meeting deadlines.
Content Writing: Excellent content writing skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data insights for continuous campaign improvement.
Proactive Mindset: A passion for innovative digital marketing solutions that drive measurable results.

Position Details:

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
Location: This position is based in our office, allowing for dynamic collaboration with our team.
