Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

$80,000–$90,000 Base Salary + Performance-Based Growth Opportunities

We're seeking an experienced, high-impact Regional Director of Operations who can lead multiple locations, develop strong leaders, drive operational excellence, and help scale our organization without sacrificing culture, patient experience, or team engagement.

Your Impact

As Regional Director of Operations, you will serve as the operational leader for three thriving pediatric dental practices, partnering directly with ownership and practice leadership to ensure exceptional execution across every location.

You will be responsible for aligning people, processes, communication, and performance while creating the infrastructure needed for continued growth.

Operational Excellence

Lead operations across multiple pediatric dental locations
Improve efficiency, consistency, and accountability across all practices
Monitor and analyze KPIs including:
Production
Collections
Scheduling efficiency
Patient retention
Treatment acceptance
Team performance
Identify operational opportunities and implement measurable improvements
Standardize systems and workflows that support scalability

Leadership Development

Coach and mentor office managers and practice leaders
Conduct leadership meetings, performance reviews, and accountability sessions
Develop future leaders within the organization
Create clarity around expectations, goals, and performance standards
Foster a culture of ownership, responsibility, and continuous improvement

Culture & Team Engagement

Champion a positive, high-performance culture
Strengthen communication between providers, leadership, and team members
Support conflict resolution and difficult conversations professionally
Help teams navigate change while maintaining morale and engagement
Ensure every location reflects the values and mission of the organization

Strategic Growth

Partner with ownership on growth initiatives and expansion plans
Execute organizational goals across all locations
Build systems that support sustainable growth
Drive operational results while protecting team culture and patient experience
Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic business partner

Preferred Qualifications

10+ years of dental industry experience
5+ years in operations, leadership, or practice management
Multi-site dental leadership experience strongly preferred
Pediatric dental experience preferred
Experience leading office managers and department leaders
Strong understanding of dental KPIs and business operations
Proven success improving practice performance and team engagement
Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
Ability to travel regularly between locations
