Full Job Description

Job Summary:

The HR and Operations Specialist is responsible for managing various human resources functions, including workers’ compensation and onboarding, as well as overseeing inventory management. This role ensures that HR processes are efficient and compliant, while also maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement - help the company with the following tasks:

Planning, purchasing, and managing the flow of goods and services.
Track inventory and restock goods such as PPE. (remove, same as above)
Arrange contracts with Venders for approval.

HR Assistant - provide administrative assistance by managing employees'

Personal information
Internal documents
Performance reviews
Time and attendance records.

Recruiting - take part in the hiring process by doing the following:

Assist with posting jobs and advertisements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Preparing new hire paperwork and processing employment verifications.
Assist and answer questions with employee benefits and enrollment.

Ensuring compliance - make sure we are adhering industry standards for the following:

ISO 4500:2018
ISO 9001:2015
ISO 14001:2015
R2v3

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR administration and inventory management.
Strong knowledge of workers’ compensation regulations and HR best practices.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR and inventory management software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
