Full Job Description

Overview

Join a growing concierge wellness clinic in Dallas as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, earning $55–$75/hr base plus uncapped commissions (approximately $12,000 target annual bonus), starting three days per week with a clear path to full-time. Cash-pay only, no insurance, no prior authorizations, full autonomy, and real time for each patient.

The clinic serves a primarily male membership focused on hormone health, weight management, sexual wellness, and aesthetics. Full training is provided, so your drive and people skills matter more than your resume.

What You'll Do

Deliver personalized care across hormone optimization, sexual wellness, peptide therapy, weight management, and aesthetics
Evaluate patients, build individualized treatment plans, and prescribe under Medical Director supervision
Own consultations end to end, guiding members toward treatment plans that genuinely fit their goals
Help grow clinic membership through confident, patient-first conversations
Perform in-clinic procedures including intramuscular injections and PRP
Maintain clean, timely documentation and run an organized clinic day

Nice to have

DEA registration (clinic will cover if needed)
Background in hormone therapy, men's health, or aesthetics
Track record of hitting revenue or membership growth targets

Compensation and Benefits

$55–$75/hr base (part-time, scaling to full-time)
Uncapped commissions, approximately $12,000 target annual bonus
DEA, license renewal, and malpractice covered
Paid onboarding and hormone health training
Continuing education assistance

Do you hold an active, unrestricted Texas NP or PA license in good standing?
Do you have a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a licensed NP or PA?
Do you have experience in or are you comfortable working in hormone therapy, aesthetics (Botox, PRP, pellets), or a cash-pay concierge setting? Full training is provided if not.
Do you hold an active DEA registration and Controlled Substance Registration, or are you willing to obtain both? The clinic will cover the cost if needed.
Do you have a track record of hitting revenue, membership, or patient growth targets in a previous clinical or sales role?
Are you comfortable guiding patients through treatment decisions in a consultative, patient-first way?
