About Us

At Cotton Paperie we create luxury print products that help brands, businesses, and couples tell their story through exceptional craftsmanship. From foil stamped wedding invitations and letterpress business cards to signage, embroidery, and custom packaging, we are passionate about producing high end work with incredible attention to detail.

We are looking for a dependable, hands on team members to join our production team. While we can teach most areas of our print shop, we specifically need someone with real world experience operating a Kluge foil stamping press.

Position Overview

This role will primarily focus on foil stamping production using our Kluge press, along with assisting throughout the print shop as needed. The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and thrives in a fast paced production environment.

If you have experience with foil stamping and are eager to learn additional print production skills, we would love to meet you.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain Kluge foil stamping equipment

Set up foil stamping jobs accurately and efficiently

Ensure high quality production and attention to detail

Assist with print production, finishing, packaging, and assembly

Work with various luxury papers, specialty materials, and custom products

Help maintain an organized and clean production environment

Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards

Qualifications

Experience operating a Kluge press or similar foil stamping equipment is required

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills

Ability to work efficiently in a production environment

Detail oriented with pride in craftsmanship

Reliable, punctual, and team focused

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift production materials as needed

Print shop or manufacturing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
