The Opportunity
The Farmers Insurance TexHQ District Office is hiring a highly organized, dependable, technology-minded District Operations Specialist to become a central part of our team. This role is the hub of communication and execution across our District Office, Agency Owners and agency team members.
This is not a traditional administrative position. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, communicates exceptionally well, learns quickly and can independently keep multiple priorities moving at the same time.
If you are the person others rely on because you keep things organized, figure things out, and get things done, this could be the right opportunity for you.
A strong fit may currently be an insurance office manager, senior CSR, operations coordinator, executive assistant, training coordinator or business operations specialist who is ready for greater ownership and growth.
