We are seeking an experienced Regional Director of Operations who is ready to help lead that growth.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on building teams, developing leaders, driving performance, and scaling organizations.

You will work directly with founder and CEO, Dr. Shaggy, to help shape the future of our organization.

As Regional Director of Operations, you will oversee:

Multi-location operations

You will serve as the operational heartbeat of the organization, ensuring every location executes at a high level while maintaining an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

Required:

5+ years in the dental industry
3+ years in leadership or operations management
Strong understanding of KPIs and business performance
Proven ability to lead teams and drive results

Preferred:

Multi-location leadership experience
Cosmetic dentistry experience
Implant dentistry experience
Luxury service environment experience

Compensation & Benefits

$65,000–$75,000 Base Salary (DOE)

Monday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Tuesday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
