Full Job Description

Executive Assistant

A reputable and well-established dentist is seeking a highly driven, goal-oriented and organized

individual to fill as a Personal Assistant.

The ideal candidate will be a sharp, energetic, independent thinker and trustworthy individual.
As a resourceful self-starter, you will maximize the productivity of the dentist. You will solve problems at a blink of an eye without needing supervision or direction.
Responsibilities include:
Organize and manage personal appointments, meetings and consulting calls
Attend team meetings and organize notes and manage team member’s to-do lists
Assist with meeting agendas
Take the lead on and manage marketing projects, providing actionable and measurable targets and plans
Communicate with all Team Leads
Not only uphold Team Cultural Agreements, but look for opportunities to positively contribute and improve the culture within the office
Begin to understand and work toward improving patient experience within the office
Coordinate travel, transportation, and accommodations as needed
Take on special projects, as assigned

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills
Sound decision-making skills, drive, and desire to succeed
Masterful communicator and problem solver
Expert follow-up
Strong analytical research skills
Ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and manage
Time in accordance with needs
Strong organizational skills
High level of discretion
Ability to meet in-person, once a week, or as needed
Experience with booking travel both nationally and internationally is a plus
Basic graphic design skills are a plus

***Will not be micromanaged - need to be able to stay extremely organized, punctual, find ways to be productive, client relations and acquisition -marketing
