About Kleer

Kleer Home Services is a tech-enabled cleaning and maintenance company built specifically for short-term rental properties. We operate across two markets and are growing fast — new properties, new markets, and a team that moves with purpose. We take the operations burden off property owners and managers so they can focus on hosting. Our clients trust us to show up, do the work right, and handle issues before they become problems.

About the Role

As a Client Success Manager, you own the client relationship in your market, from the first onboarding call to the ongoing day-to-day. You're the person clients call when something goes wrong, and the person they hear from before something does. You'll work closely with our field inspectors, operations team, and sales to make sure every account is well-managed, growing, and set up for long-term success.

This role sits at the intersection of relationship management and light sales. You're not a pushy closer, you're a trusted advisor who happens to know when a client is ready for more and knows how to make it happen.

What You'll Do

Client Onboarding & Relationship Management
- Lead introductory calls with every new client — walk them through our process, introduce our platform, and set the tone for a long-term partnership
- Own all accounts in your market and maintain consistent, proactive communication so clients always feel informed and taken care of
- Build genuine relationships with property owners and managers. Be the person they trust to get things handled
- Resolve service issues and complaints quickly and professionally, keeping the client relationship intact throughout
- Respond to negative reviews and escalations with urgency and a solutions-first mindset

Growth & Revenue
- Identify upsell opportunities — clients whose usage patterns or portfolio growth suggest they are ready for a higher service tier — and flag them to the sales team with context for follow-up
- Review inspector reports and flag maintenance needs that require quoting; put together clear, accurate proposals and present them to clients
- Earn commission on upsells on larger maintenance/repair jobs you bring across the line
- Serve as the first line of defense on cancellations — understand the concern, address it directly, and work to retain every account

Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with field inspectors to stay ahead of property issues and translate findings into client-facing recommendations
- Communicate effectively with the operations team to ensure service delivery matches client expectations
- Partner with sales on handoffs — make sure every new client is set up for a great first experience
- Flag patterns in client feedback that can improve how we operate

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years in account management, customer success, or a client-facing role
- Warm, energetic, and genuinely great with people — clients should enjoy hearing from you
- Organized and detail-oriented enough to manage a full market portfolio without things slipping
- Comfortable having difficult conversations and holding your ground professionally
- Able to read a situation, spot an opportunity, and move on it without being pushy
- Strong written and verbal communication — you'll be talking to clients and coordinating across teams daily

The CSM role offers a competitive base salary commensurate with experience. In addition to base, CSMs earn commission on upsells and maintenance jobs they identify and convert — creating a direct financial incentive to grow the accounts they manage. The commission structure rewards proactive account management: the more value you create for clients, the more you earn. Full details on compensation and commission structure will be discussed during the interview process.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
